Bronek brings over two decades of senior management experience in the Lloyd’s market to his new role. He began his career at McKinsey and Co., where he was a member of the team which advised Lloyd’s during the Rowland Taskforce in 1991. He joined Hiscox in 1993, initially as Managing Director of Hiscox Holdings and was appointed as Chief Executive of Hiscox Group in 2000.
Bronek served as Deputy Chairman of Lloyd’s from 2001 to 2007. He was Chairman of the Lloyd’s Tercentenary Foundation from 2008 to 2014 and is a past President of The Insurance Institute of London and immediate Past Master of The Worshipful Company of Insurers. He is currently a member of the Board of the Association of British Insurers.
